Authors are also expected to:

• Properly cite all sources in accordance with scholarly standards.
• Include all individuals who made a significant contribution to the research as authors.
• Refrain from submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously.

2. Responsibilities of Editors

Editors are responsible for making publication decisions based on the scientific quality, originality, and relevance of the manuscript to the journal’s scope in the field of ICT.

In performing their duties, editors must:

• Evaluate manuscripts objectively, without regard to the background of the authors.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all submitted materials.
• Avoid conflicts of interest in the editorial process.
• Ensure that each manuscript undergoes a fair and transparent peer-review process.
• Take appropriate action in cases of ethical violations or misconduct.

3. Responsibilities of Reviewers

Reviewers play a crucial role in assisting editors in evaluating the scientific and technological quality of manuscripts.

Reviewers are expected to:

• Offer feedback that helps authors improve the quality and clarity of their manuscripts.
• Maintain the confidentiality of the manuscripts under review.

4. Plagiarism

ICT Journal does not tolerate any form of plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts found to have unacceptable similarity or indications of plagiarism will be rejected or returned to authors for correction.

5. Conflicts of Interest

All parties involved in the publication process (authors, editors, and reviewers) must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the evaluation process or interpretation of research results.

6. Publication Decisions

7. Retraction and Corrections

If significant errors, ethical violations, or invalid data are identified after publication, the editor reserves the right to issue corrections, clarifications, or retract the article in accordance with journal policies.
